SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from Crown Dental Group by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms, you may receive text messages related to appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling notices, and occasional practice updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

No mobile information, opt-in status, or consent obtained for SMS/text messaging purposes will be shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely by Crown Dental Group and our text messaging service provider to deliver the messages you have requested.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. For help, reply "HELP" or contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below.

Children's Privacy
